Easy Setup Instructions

Click the blue robot icon in the bottom-right corner to open the chat after you log in.

  1. The robot icon usually appears in a few minutes, but it can take up to 24 hours.
    If you see an “access” error, log out → clear cache → log back in.

  2. In the chat window, select Messaging and type “Live person” to request a human rep.

  3. When a human rep joins, copy and paste each prompt one at a time into the chat. Prompts are found in the “Power Dialer” or “AI Schedule” set ups below.

  4. Simply continue this copy → paste → complete process until all of the prompts & steps are finished.
