1. There is some language barrier

6. The number goes to a completely different person

7. The lead lives in a state you’re not licensed in

8. They’re outside the age range (e.g., over 55 or under 25)

9. They only wanted Social Security info or thought it was a government program

10. Contact info is obviously fake (e.g., name: “Test Test”)

11. They were just looking for a sweepstakes or coupon

12. They curse at you or are hostile

13. They don’t medically quality for your offerings

14. Duplicate lead (same name/phone from a recent batch)

15. They can't recall ever seeing your name or ad

16. They request not to be contacted at all

17. All attempts to text or email bounce or go unanswered

18. They were looking for help with taxes or debt, not retirement

19. They filled it out as a prank or joke (often obvious by the info)
    20. Whatever you consider a bad lead.
